The City of Niagara Falls has issued a check-and-desist notice to New York- headquartered crypto mining establishment Bit Digital over a data installation possessed and operated by its mate Blockfusion.
In an act Oct.7 advertisement, Bit Digital said the megacity notice would effectively stop the installation from conducting “ any cryptocurrency mining or related operations ” until Blockfusion was in compliance with original zoning bills.
